Job summary

You will be part of The Product Implementation Department is in charge charge to manage the Funds events of Luxemburgish range. The trainee brings a high level of expertise, has a strong autonomy and an excellent knowledge of the third party providers and the Group in the realization of the missions.

 Duties and responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement our funds events (Launch, Liquidation, Merger, Reshape...)
  • Organize meeting with the different stakeholders of the project
  • Project management
  • Identification & tracking of risks and issues, proposing mitigations on all projects
  • Advise Portfolio Management, Marketing and product specialists teams on the technical and operational feasibility of the projects
  • Responsible for the update of  our Internal  the product database
  • Sending the technical information needed to carry out the operations (Funds features, cash and securities accounts , ISIN codes)

- University Degree and/or relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry

Required skills

- Practical problem-solving attitude
- Strongly motivated and intellectually curious
- Interpersonal skills, ability to put things into perspective, anticipation, pragmatism, autonomy, rigor and team spirit

Technical skills required

- Excellent practical knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of Excel functions & self-intuitive in the use of the Internet and new technologies

Languages

Fluent in English and French, with any other major European language being an advantage
