Your Responsibilities: Production of monthly & quarterly Trailer Fee calculations for distributors within the agreed timeframes Assets under management reconciliation based on distributors statements Review and set up of Trailer Fee conditions and distributor network in the in-house system based on distribution agreements Perform verification of the Trailer Fee calculations and payments and ensure adherence to all established procedures and controls Investigate and follow up on distributors queries related to calculations, agreements, and payments Prepare reports to Asset Managers for Finance purpose (monthly Accruals, payments interface in the accounting, ad-hoc reportings based on Asset Manager’s needs).

Overall Purpose of the Job: Support Amundi (UK)'s COO in a role that blends project management with operational oversight and strategic support. Embedded within the Operations function and reporting directly to the COO, the role holder will interact with senior executives and key stakeholders both internally across the Amundi group and externally. They will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of operations, the timely resolution of incidents, and the delivery of key projects and governance obligations. Main Tasks and Accountabilities: Project & Portfolio Management • Create and maintain the local projects and initiatives portfolio, tracking progress across key workstreams including the CCI Project, Follow the Sun. • Support the coordination and follow-up of Operational Resilience and Regulatory topics, ensuring timely escalation and accurate reporting (e.g. Consumer Duty Board report or the entity report on Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures). Outsourcing • Maintain the Outsourcing Register and support related due diligence work in line with regulatory expectations. • Provide secretariat and analytical support to the Operations and Outsourcing Committee. Audit & Controls • Lead coordination for the ISAE3402 annual report and internal due diligence processes, ensuring timely information collection and compliance management. • Assist in the coordination of external and internal audit processes, acting as a point of contact for information requests and tracking remediation actions. Ad Hoc Support • Respond to ad hoc requests from the COO and CEO and senior stakeholders, providing timely analysis and well-structured outputs. Reporting & Governance • Produce dashboards, monthly reports, and presentations for various committees including the Operations and Outsourcing Committee, ExCo, and Board. • Support Committee Governance activities, including drafting and maintaining Terms of Reference and preparing ExCo and Board materials. • Follow up and analyse expense budgets, flagging variances and supporting financial oversight. Operational Incidents & Controls • Act as the first point of oversight for operational incidents, ensuring all incidents are identified, logged, and tracked in a timely and consistent manner liaising with Middle Office, Operations teams, and other relevant functions to ensure incidents are resolved and lessons learned are captured. • Monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of incidents from identification through to resolution, escalating where necessary to the COO or relevant stakeholders. • Ensure error notes and commercial gestures are processed accurately and within agreed timelines, maintaining a clear audit trail. • Produce regular incident reporting and trend analysis to support management oversight and continuous improvement.

Summary Trade processing and lifecycle management of OTC derivatives, including performance swaps used in synthetic ETFs. Reconciliation, monitoring and control frameworks for clients’ assets. Key Responsibilities Trade Processing: Process OTC derivative trades from execution through confirmation and settlement. Perform daily matching/pre-matching (cash, balances, confirmations, and SSIs) and resolve discrepancies with counterparties. Ensure accurate trade capture, booking, matching, and confirmation of derivative trades. Monitor trades throughout the trade lifecycle. Oversee cashflows, coupons and corporate actions related to swaps and associated events. Track and manage lifecycle events: initiation, roll, unwind, nominal increase, etc. Coordinate settlement instructions, manage pending issues and resolve settlement-related anomalies, including cash discrepancies and settlement issues. Handle collateral management and margin activities with counterparties. Validate operations and models in internal tools including data quality, controls, etc. Investigate and escalate trade breaks, static data issues, and trade discrepancies where needed. Follow up on incidents, contribute to their resolution and propose process improvements (reduction of breaks). Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all processed trades. Support regulatory filings. Products covered : IRS, asset swap, caps & floors, inflation swaps, swaptions, CC swaps and swap ETFs. Portfolio Admin & Reporting: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations in ALTO covering cash, securities, OTC derivative trades, positions and cash flows against custodian records. Perform daily reconciliation between the futures clearer and ALTO and instruct margin movements. Perform account reconciliations with Fund Accountant on a daily and monthly basis. Follow up with custodians and the Fund Accountant on outstanding matters through to resolution. Provide reports to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and update KPIs and middle office procedures/workflows. Manage process improvements and automation opportunities. Support regulatory filings. Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections. Project management.
