Job description :
Le candidat retenu se concentrera sur des projets transversaux visant à améliorer la plateforme Fixed Income & Money Markets en matière de fiabilité, cohérence et d'uniformité de la communication, ainsi que sur tous les gains d'efficacité possibles grâce aux outils et systèmes. Ce rôle implique des partenariats solides au sein de la communauté SI (membres du comité directeur de la plateforme, différents bureaux d'investissement, etc.) mais aussi en dehors avec les équipes IT d'Amundi, y compris Alto, les responsables du site web. Ce rôle entrepreneurial nécessite la création et la mise en œuvre d'un plan d'action proactif à travers les bureaux d'investissement (Marché monétaire, Alpha Fixed Income) et les lieux (Londres, Paris et tous les pôles européens). Le candidat développera une connaissance approfondie de l'ensemble des produits à revenu fixe, permettant une communication efficace avec nos équipes commerciales et investisseurs. Le nouveau rejoint acquerra une solide compréhension de nos processus et stratégies d'investissement, ce qui ouvrira des opportunités. En plus des responsabilités ci-dessus, le candidat doit : · Développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour automatiser les tâches manuelles, en particulier dans la recherche de données et la préparation des présentations · Gérer les projets de bout en bout, de la conception à la mise en œuvre, en collaboration avec les équipes informatiques et les parties prenantes internes · Optimiser les processus existants afin d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et de renforcer la compétitivité de l'entreprise · Suivez toutes les évolutions de l'IA et les bénéfices potentiels qui pourraient en découler pour la plateforme Alpha FI (bases de connaissances, agents, outils dédiés, etc.). · Fournir formation et soutien aux utilisateurs finaux afin d'assurer une adoption réussie de nouvelles solutions. · Créer de la documentation et des directives utilisateur · Collaborer avec les équipes informatiques, les experts externes et les fournisseurs afin d'assurer la compatibilité et la sécurité des systèmes et des données · Respecter les règles et principes de l'AMF ainsi que les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise, en sollicitant des conseils auprès de la direction ou de la conformité lorsque cela est approprié

Your Responsibilities: Production of monthly & quarterly Trailer Fee calculations for distributors within the agreed timeframes Assets under management reconciliation based on distributors statements Review and set up of Trailer Fee conditions and distributor network in the in-house system based on distribution agreements Perform verification of the Trailer Fee calculations and payments and ensure adherence to all established procedures and controls Investigate and follow up on distributors queries related to calculations, agreements, and payments Prepare reports to Asset Managers for Finance purpose (monthly Accruals, payments interface in the accounting, ad-hoc reportings based on Asset Manager’s needs).
