MISSIONS

The AML KYC team is in charge of the collection and processing of KYC documents in view of risk profiles of clients. The team is made up of 4 people.
Know Your Client – Anti Money Laundering
Collect the documents necessary for the creation and updating of KYC files;
Analyse a KYC file and propose a risk level;
Monitor and initiate the renewal of KYC files;
Monitor the progress of incoming files in collaboration with the sales department;
Undertake PEP screening 
Assist the department in the setup of a KYC digital platform
Support the department in various tasks related to AI deployment and or Continuous improvement.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

FUND CHANNEL is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Financial Control team. The role combines responsibilities in Balance Sheet Monitoring, Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A), Cost &amp; Budget Monitoring, with strong reporting duties.

The missions are the following : 
1. Balance-sheet and off‑balance‑sheet analysis
o    Detailed review and analysis of balance-sheet items (assets and liabilities) and off‑balance‑sheet
o    Foreign exchange (FX) monitoring
§   Monitoring FX exposures across positions and cash flows &amp; hedging solutions
§   Reporting on FX impact on P&amp;L and balance sheet
o    Treasury monitoring &amp; optimisation of financial revenues :
§   Cash monitoring and cash‑flow forecasting
§   Identification of financial revenue optimisation, linked to the anticipated increase of FC activities
2. Capital planning monitoring
o    Capital increase planned and monitoring associated
o    Support ICARA reporting, regulatory assessment (capital and liquidity) and stress testing
o    Track and report firm capital / equity metrics, support capital planning and covenant monitoring.
3. Financial Planning &amp; Analysis
o    Production of activity and results reports for the various departments, for the local management and for the Group.  
o    Help in forecasting and planning processes (monthly/quarterly reforecasts) and multi‑year planning.
o    Maintain robust financial models for scenario analysis, pricing and sensitivity testing.
o    Develop dashboards and KPIs for operational and financial steering.
o    Deliver in‑depth analyses (variance analysis, performance drivers) and recommendations to improve financial performance.
o    Develop dashboards and KPIs for operational and financial steering (use of Business Intelligence Tool)

4. Budget monitoring
o    Preparation of budgets in conjunction with operational teams, management and the Company’s shareholders
o    Coordinating the monitoring of expenditure commitments and compliance with internal budgets; monitoring of the differences between the provisional objectives and the objectives achieved; proposal of corrective actions if necessary; permanent supervision with the accounting teams;
o    Production of activity and results reports for the various departments, for the local management and for the Group.
5. Tax
o    Monitoring of tax risks and tax optimisation (Tax Credit, Net wealth Tax, VAT,…)
o    Transfer pricing matters

6. Internal Governance 
o    Actively contribute to the preparation of materials and minutes for Fund Channel’s committees across multiple governance levels (COMEX, Shareholders’ Oversight, and inter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Mise en œuvre du projet en étroite relation avec les équipes de développement

MISSIONS
In order to support the reinforcement of its Fund Dealing activities, we are currently looking for a Fund Dealing Intern.
The Fund Dealing team is in charge of safekeeping ad order’s receipt/transmission for our institutional clients investing in Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, ETFs and Money Market funds. MISSIONS
VIE PERIOD : AUGUST 2026 - JULY 2027
The key objective of this role is to support the company and specifically the sales and product teams  in achieving business objectives through the creation of relevant, impactful, and well-coordinated marketing assets, events, and communications.
The VIE will take on a broader scope of responsibilities with a higher level of ownership, autonomy, and stakeholder interaction. MISSIONS

Création de programmes Python/UDA en adéquation avec les modèles productifs créés sur les activités nouvelles de l’équipe (EMTN, middle office)
Optimisation des rapports d’activité existants (génération automatique des rapports)
Création de rapports dédiés à l’activité de collecte des service fees et commissions sur structurés

Responsibilities:
To support the reinforcement of its activities, we are currently looking for a Fund Dealing Officer, focused on our Money Market Funds activity. As part of the Fund Dealing Team, you will ensure fast, accurate and fully controlled execution and post-trade processing for MMFs, supporting institutional and corporate clients while protecting liquidity, NAV integrity and regulatory compliance.
You’ll sit in a compact, high-impact dealing team reporting to the Fund Dealing Team Manager and working closely with our Client Service, Data, Risk, Middle Office, IT, Compliance Teams as well as with transfer agents and service providers.
Execute and monitor trades: the resource will enter and monitor trades for mutual funds, alternative funds and money market funds, aiming for clean straight‑through processing (STP).
Cash &amp; liquidity management: the resource will Manage intraday cash flows and allocate liquidity for MMF subscriptions and redemptions, as well as being responsible for maintaining liquidity buffers and ensuring client trust.
Post‑trade &amp; settlement: Handle confirmations, settlement instructions and fails resolution; monitor the full trade lifecycle and settlement KPIs, investigating exceptions and drive them to closure, becoming the person colleagues rely on when something needs fixing fast.
Risk &amp; limits control: Perform fund eligibility checks and continuously monitor compliance with internal constraints and counterparty limits, keeping regulatory and internal guardrails firmly in place.
Continuous improvement &amp; projects: Leading automation and simplification efforts using AI, Python and other tools to reduce operational risk and boost efficiency, contributing to change programs (platform upgrades, client launches) and turn ideas into tangible time‑savers

ROLE

ROLE
To support our growth, we are looking for a collaborator to strengthen the Fund Distributor Operations team, mainly responsible for recovering management fee retrocessions owed by management companies to fund distributors.
Independent management and monitoring of invoicing and recovery of Mutual Funds retrocessions due by the AMCs:
o Configuration in the internal Fund Channel tool of the billing groups and data necessary for the transmission of information;
o Monitoring of outstanding amounts as part of the quarterly invoicing launch;
o Sending to AMCs the information necessary to establish fee calculations (if applicable in conjunction with custodian banks or transfer agents)
o Reconciliation of retrocession calculations sent by the AMCs in close collaboration with them and with the distributors' depositories;
o Management of issues encountered during invoicing and/or collection for its scope (internal and external cross-functional collaboration);
Management of commissions on capital investment funds and other alternative funds (Immo, ELTIF, etc.)
Management of commissions on EMTN (collection of issue programs, final conditions, calculation of commissions (entry and recurring) and recovery from issuers)
Rigorous monitoring of the invoicing of different types of commissions awaiting settlement with application of the strict escalation process if necessary
Onboarding new distributor clients or new SGPs on the platform
Creation and maintenance of promoter files
Responses to requests from Relationship Managers
Preparation of activity reports (monthly monitoring of pending invoicing, weekly monitoring of collection, monitoring of cash advances, support for analysis of recovery speed in RFP mode, etc.)
Active contribution to team projects (automation, continuous process improvement, etc.)
Back-up colleagues Officer FDO in case of absence
Monitoring of incoming emails in the team’s common mailbox

MISSIONS
To support our fund distribution business line, Fund Channel is looking for a Fund Manager Operations Officer.
The FMO department is responsible for managing Rebates for its clients Asset Managers, in particular; calculation, reconciliation and invoicing follow-up of Trailer Fees due to their distributors.
Production of monthly &amp; quarterly Trailer Fee calculations for distributors within the agreed timeframes
Assets under management reconciliation based on distributors statements
Review and set up of Trailer Fee conditions and distributor network in the in-house system based on distribution agreements
Perform verification of the Trailer Fee calculations and payments and ensure adherence to all established procedures and controls
Investigate and follow up on distributors queries related to calculations, agreements, and payments
Prepare reports to Asset Managers for Finance purpose (monthly Accruals, payments interface in the accounting, ad-hoc reportings based on Asset Manager’s needs).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

The Operations Oversight team is composed of 5 members and is responsible for performing ex-post controls on key operational and regulatory processes, including Net Asset Value (NAV), European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) reporting, reconciliations, and financial statements review.
As a VIE Operations Oversight Officer, you will support senior team members in the execution of daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic controls. This role offers strong exposure to fund operations, regulatory reporting, and control processes within an asset management environment.

 You will support the team in performing the following tasks:
Daily controls:
Monitor and validate Net Asset Value (NAV) release time
Review share class hedging reports
Monitor European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monitor Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR) key performance indicators (KPIs)
Review Depository Trust &amp; Clearing Corporation (DTCC) reports
Perform NAV controls via NextGate
Weekly controls:
Support cash reconciliations
Support security reconciliations
Monthly controls:
Review the external Investment Management (IM) controls file
Periodic review: Review annual and semi-annual reports&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
