Who we are looking for We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and growing asset management company as a member of our trade processing team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and self-direction in their tasks. Strong problem-solving skills are essential. The role also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships and expectations internally and externally. Why this role is important to us The Equities Trade Management Team support Investments with the trading process and act as an intermediary between the Front Office and the Back office functions. The team monitor and oversee the Trade Matching and Settlement process for all Equity transactions including Convertible Bonds and ETF. This is a highly visible & key role in the organisation to ensure that investment decisions are accurately and timely actioned in the market. Role overview The Multi Asset Portfolio Construction team is part of the Multi Asset Investment Platform and is comprised of specialists focused on enhancing the risk-adjusted return of portfolios. The team has developed proprietary tools and quantitative techniques to support asset allocation, active investment decisions, risk monitoring and portfolio optimisation across the Multi Asset platform. This position will provide hands-on experience supporting the team’s analytics and digital capability through Alto Studio, Amundi’s internal AI suite, and the rollout of a portfolio management decision support system. The role will allow the VIE to contribute to the innovation process while gaining exposure to portfolio analytics, data visualisation and AI-enabled tools, working closely with portfolio construction analysts. What you will be responsible for • Support the Multi Asset Portfolio Construction team in delivering analysis, reporting, and dashboard solutions for the Multi Asset & Solutions investment platforms. • Build and maintain dashboards in Alto Studio to monitor portfolio performance, risk, exposures and other key metrics. • Work with portfolio managers and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive and effective dashboard designs • Document dashboard functionality, processes and analytical outputs as required. • Contribute to the testing and rollout of a portfolio management decision support system. This team is managing and coordinating all activities for Funds where Amundi Ireland is the Management Company. Why this role is important to us The main purpose of the Investment Specialist Intern is to support the other IS team members in producing presentation materials, answering ad-hoc client requests and work on growth initiatives. What you will be responsible for ➢ To produce and update standard presentation materials and ad-hoc client presentations (for portfolio reviews and/or investment proposals purposes) ➢ In response to sales team or Dublin colleague (IS team members, PM, Analysts) queries, regularly prepare and/or analyse portfolio historical data extracts / management comments/other queries as requested ➢ To keep track of all the management comments / performance attributions / dedicated reviews / bespoke reports to be produced by the IS team as well their respective deadlines to try to ensure the best possible quality of service ➢ Assist investment specialists, fund managers and analysts in handling client inquiries, follow-up with client requests, work with RFP teams on RFPs and maintaining financial models.
