As the Brand, Advertising & Financial Education Communications Officer within the team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients (including Hong Kong and Taiwan) and communications projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Advertising: Supporting Amundi’s strategy by developing advertising campaigns (primarily digital), financial education initiatives and influencer campaigns:
- Identifying clients’ advertising needs and assisting them in defining their strategy.
- Coordinating central, local and agency teams
- Managing creative and media agencies
- Managing and monitoring advertising campaigns (drafting briefs, monitoring, reporting)
- Budget monitoring
- Monitoring influencers by country, due diligence, selection of partnerships
2. Brand: Ensuring compliance with Amundi’s brand strategy across all the entities you oversee:
- Visual representation of the brand (brand architecture, logos, graphic guidelines, etc.)
- Developing and monitoring brand awareness and brand image surveys
- Brand promotion through merchandise
- Development of communication materials
3. Financial education: Raising Amundi’s profile among retail customers by developing financial education and influencer initiatives
- Project management and coordination
- Development and approval of educational content and materials
This role does not involve team management.
Within the Communications Department, the Brand & Advertising team is responsible for developing the Amundi brand, its reputation and its image globally. It supports the Group’s commercial development by implementing external communication and advertising tools and processes.
On the advertising front, the team supports Amundi’s strategy by developing advertising campaigns tailored to both creative and media requirements (influencer marketing, digital, social media, print, TV, OOH). It produces around twenty advertising campaigns a year, in Europe and Asia, to promote the Amundi brand. It also makes its advertising expertise and experience available to its clients. These services range from consultancy to the full management of advertising campaigns.
In terms of branding, the team is responsible for Amundi’s brand strategy across all Group entities. As such, it is responsible for managing intellectual property and domain names across the entire Group. It defines and ensures the consistency of the brand’s visual identity (brand architecture, logos, style guide, visual territories, etc.). It develops and monitors studies measuring brand awareness and brand image, and promotes the brand through merchandise.
Amundi is looking to strengthen the advertising strategy capabilities of its Brand and Advertising team.
- You have at least two years’ experience in managing communications projects in Asia
- You can write in Chinese and are fluent in Mandarin (or Cantonese) and English (French would be an advantage)
- You have an interest in the economics and finance sector
- You have knowledge of media buying (Publishing, OOH, TV, VOL and influencer marketing).
- You are resourceful and not afraid of hands-on work
- You have natural writing skills.
- You enjoy working in a team and have excellent interpersonal skills
