Responsibilities:
Engage in Index & Smart Beta business for the daily operation
- Carefully manage passive and smart beta portfolios
- Check and validate whether the Net Asset Value (NAVs) of ETFs are calculated properly by the valuation agents.
- Collaborate with team members in Index & Smart Beta business line in Tokyo and Paris.
- Prepare regular reporting materials and documentations.
- Study and improve the operational process and added value to the portfolio
- Develop, enhance, and maintain investment tools.
Candidate should hold a Japan working Visa or have no restrictions on working in Japan
Educated to MSc level in a Scientific or Mathematical field is a plus.
Experience and other requirements:
- Business level English skills
- Strong programming skills
- Strong quantitative skills
- Prudence with awareness to operational risks in daily tasks
- Enthusiasm to learn new things and to improve continuously
- Team player
- Self-disciplined
- Solid sense of fiduciary duty and compliance with high ethical standard
