Amundi Technology is an Amundi entity in charge of the design, development, commercialization and support of technology solutions for the savings and asset management industry. The 1200 professionals, located between Paris and Dublin, are also in charge of Amundi's IT.
Amundi Technology's journey began by crafting solutions for our own success. We designed the ALTO platforms that span a wide spectrum of investment strategies and asset classes. In 2021, Amundi Technology has been created to accelerate the design, development, promotion and commercialization of the ALTO platforms. The ALTO suite is composed of 5 offers: ALTO Investment (portfolio management tool), ALTO Wealth & Distribution (discretionary management and advisory solution), ALTO ESR (Employee Savings and Retirement Solution), ALTO Sustainability, ALTO Asset Servicing.
Project & Professional Services for ALTO Investment team is responsible for the onboarding of client on ALTO products and services. The team is responsible for client’s implementation projects but can also step in during the business development or support phase.

Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for Risk, Performance, Investment Compliance and Private assets
- Motivate the team and ensuring continuous improvement within the team
- Set directions for the team and coordinate resources
- Manage capacity planning, budgeting, resource allocation and staffing across geographical zone
- Manage new recruitments
- Manage escalations related to the stream for all clients
- Define and constantly improve the vision and strategy for the team
- Foster creativity
- Manage resources (annual appraisal, mobility)
- Provide and prepare communications on team achievements and KPI’s
- Collaborate with Product and R&D to deliver clients gaps
- Represent Amundi Technology on steering committee for clients
- Define requirements to enhance the onboarding process with third parties platforms (MSCI, Factset, Confluence, Investment Compliance rules library,etc..) / in collaboration with the partnership team
- Coordinate and consolidate Support Level 2 with CS team
