Job summary

In the frame of Amundi Luxembourg, we are looking for a 6-12 months IT support intern (part-time or full-time):

Assignments:

Under the supervision of his/her tutor in Amundi Luxembourg, the intern will be responsible of: 

Joining the IT team on infrastructure & support tasks:

  • Understand the user questions and respond with supportive & openminded solutions
  • Dive into helpdesk challenges autonomously to find a solution, optionally consulting the Luxembourg peers or the expert teams
  • Provide user guidelines for self-aid
  • Complete IT knowledge base with solutions identified
  • Share innovation with the team improving existing processes
  • Prepare and share Teams-based surveys
  • Setup (automated) reports on statistics available or on the current situation
  • Maintain the existing infrastructure and software environment by the user’s needs
  • Implement new components following the dynamic of the IT landscape on the Finance industry
  • Ensure IT Security by following the regulatory needs and best-practice standards.

Participating in employee training actions to the requirements of Compliance (AML, Fraud…)

Participating in the permanent improvement of the systems in place. 

Supplementary Information

An internship agreement provided by the school or the university is mandatory.

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Enrolled in a higher education in Informatics
  • Teamwork, able to adapt on new situations quickly
  • Skills in analysis and synthesis, organization and rigor
  • Honesty, moral sense and integrity
  • Autonomy, reactive and working sense
  • Experience with SQL, C#, Web development

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Languages

Good level in English written and oral, French is an advantage
