Job summary

Job Description:

Experience on client services and client on boarding in the financial industry
Provide the support and advice for sales and onshore/offshore team
Handle the day to day external phone call from distributors and individual
Comply with the regulations, guidelines and SOP
Assist in account opening, AML, screening, review, reporting, record update
Knowledgeable on the regulatory requirements of KYC requirements

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

The Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professionals

Level of minimal experience

3-5 years


• Experience within client service/sales support/operations
• Knowledge on operation of mutual funds
• Good organization and communication skills

Required skills

The ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to:
Ø   work well with colleague and build relationships with clients

Ø   take active measures to solve problems

Ø   commit to a high level of service

Ø   Capable of handling multi-task

Technical skills required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
