Job summary
User Support: Provide first-line support to business users for Amundi Local applications, factsheets & ALTO, Amundi portfolio management system. Address user inquiries using JIRA (ticketing system) and troubleshoot issues to provide solutions to users.
User Guidance and issue resolution: Guide users in understanding application functionalities and resolving issues they encounter while using the systems. Analyze user-reported problems to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
Incident Management: As a team, actively monitor and manage incidents related to the ALTO Platform, demonstrating immediate availability during working hours to acknowledge and address urgent issues. The candidate should develop the ability to assess and prioritize urgency across multiple topics, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to users. Collaborate effectively with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues that necessitate technical intervention.
System Maintenance and Updates: Assist in the implementation of application updates & enhancements, ensuring that users are informed of changes and new features. Conduct regular system checks to ensure applications are functioning correctly and efficiently.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business & IT teams to ensure that user needs are met and applications are aligned with business objectives. Participate in project meetings to provide insights on user requirements & application performance.
Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks & inefficiencies that can be addressed through automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for automation projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
Automation Development: Design, develop & implement automated solutions using VBA, Python or Kotlin to streamline business processes & reduce manual work. Identify repetitive tasks & workflows that can be automated to enhance operational efficiency.
Scripting and Programming: Write or maintain scripts in VBA or Python to automate data processing, reporting and other operational tasks. Ensure that scripts are optimized for performance and reliability.
Integration with Business Applications: Develop integrations between various business applications and systems using APIs or other methods to facilitate data exchange and improve workflow efficiency. Ensure that automated processes are seamlessly integrated into existing systems and do not disrupt current operations.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of automated solutions to ensure they function as intended and meet user requirements. Implement error handling & logging mechanisms to monitor the performance of automated processes and troubleshoot issues.
Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation for automated processes, including user guides & technical specifications. Provide training to users and troubleshoot common issues.

Amundi Asia IT department is responsible for Business application and user support, providing user training on global systems, and also participating in business application rollouts and projects.
