Job summary

Under the responsibility of the Internal Audit Supervisor for the Asian region, you will contribute to the monitoring of internal audit activities in the Asian entities of the Amundi Group: follow-up of the implementation of recommendations, preparation of audit plans and of presentations to the Board meetings, analysis of regulatory changes, involvement in the internal audit business line projects…

 

You will take part in Group and local audit assignments, during which, under the management of the Head of Assignment and/or Senior Auditors, you will be responsible for the proper conduct of the audit work on the area assigned to you:

analysing the audited domain (a company department, a process, a cross-functional theme, etc.) to identify the main risks;
carrying out investigations and controls;
proposing recommendations on the weaknesses you have identified;
presenting the conclusions of the domain reviewed to the audit managers;
drafting the mission report.
 

Finally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the audit methodology (audit guides, trainings, update of risk assessments…).

Supplementary Information

Audit department:

-          evaluates the effectiveness and adequacy of the company's systems, processes and activities, internal control mechanisms and procedures implemented, proposing solutions to strengthen their effectiveness;

-          establishes and implements an annual internal audit plan, which is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors and Amundi audit business line;

-          reports to the Board of Directors and informs the Executive Management regarding the identified issues;

-          based on the activity carried out, it issues recommendations and subsequently verifies their implementation.

 

Geographical area: Regional VIE based in Hong Kong, with the ability to travel to Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, for trips of up to 2 months

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Education / Specialization: Higher education diploma (business or engineering school, IEP, post-graduate degree), specializing in Banking - Finance - Audit

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Minimum level of experience: 0 - 2 years

Experience: Beginner or with a first experience in Audit, Asset Management or Banking.

Required skills

- Fluent English

- Attention to details / High precision in all written and verbal communication

- Quick learner

- Analytical skills

- Advanced interpersonal skills to work with various auditees

Technical skills required

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint particularly)

Languages

English at least B2 - French and Mandarin would be appreciated
