Missions
The Department of Technology is responsible for infrastructure and support within the larger Information Technology group and is distinct from the development side of the department.
The Client Service Satisfaction Assistant position is crucial to transforming the department of technology from a reactive organization to a proactive organization and will create a culture of accountability and responsibility within the department.
· The primary objective of the Client Service Satisfaction Assistant will be to assist in collecting feedback from customers of the US Service Desk and use that feedback to
