Job summary

 

The Luxembourg Operations Oversight Department is a key function within Amundi Luxembourg S.A. responsible for Governance and Management of the strategic Outsourced Providers entrusted to perform Custody, Fund Administration and Transfer Agent Services to the Amundi Luxembourg Funds range.

 

Operations Oversight is the point of reference for addressing all the requests / service issues escalated by other Amundi companies to the Luxembourg service providers.

 

The team ensures - in accordance with agreed standards (Operating Memorandums, SLAs and KPIs) - the accurate carrying out of activities performed by the external service providers.

Operations Oversight supports the management of Amundi Luxembourg in the main strategic and commercial initiatives.

 

In this role:

the candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:

 

  • to be the main point of contact in case of escalation for significant incidents or for service quality issues from internal and external clients;
  • to support the Head of Department in the organization and performance of recurrent activities of the team
  • to oversight the audit process and the preparation of Financial Reports for the funds managed dealing with service providers and Auditors
  • to perform ex-post controls on NAV
  • to ensure the level of services received are in adherence to the agreed service standards, also through the maintenance of issue logs, KPI and Traffic Light reports;
  • to participate to Service Review Meetings with the service providers;
  • to participate to relevant projects requesting the presence of the Operations Oversight function;

Experience

  • Working experience: 4-5 years of experience in in the fund industry, preferably in Fund Administration, or as Auditor;
  • Very good knowledge of English and French language; additional languages represent an asset;
  • Good knowledge of the Luxembourg investment funds industry and of the associated regulatory environment;
  • Good organizational skills and an ability to work independently;
  • Interpersonal skills and previous experience in relationship management role for Outsourced activities would be an advantage;
