Job summary
The Product Research & Innovation analyst is in charge of developing new index strategies across all asset classes to support Amundi’s ETF range innovation, ensuring robustness of the indices underlying existing products, as well as providing index research and expertise to support sales and business development.
The job comprises the following responsibilities:
1. Research on index investment strategies for new ETF and index funds:
- Idea generation
- Strategy design and testing
- Robustness analysis
- Internal product proposal, via innovation committee / executive committee
- Commercial product support: internal (marketing, business development, sales) as well as external (clients
2. Product range monitoring and support:
- Robustness analysis on indices underlying existing products, with a specific focus on ESG strategies
- ESG indices rebalancing control and monitoring
- Index adjustments proposal
- Competitive watch
- Commercial product support
3. Business partnership with index sponsors:
- Relationship follow up
- Index consultations
- Contract and fee negotiation
- Budget monitoring
