Job summary

The Amundi Iberia Marketing department is closely working with the Iberia Communication team. It forms a team of 3 senior people whose main mission is to help achieve the objectives of the Sales Action Plan, based on constant exchanges with Sales teams as well as market monitoring, together with guidance from Headquarter.
We give visibility to Amundi's products and build the brand image of the group with a strong B2B/B2B4C angle (emailing, website, events, training, and advertising). Within Amundi Iberia, the Head of Marketing also plays a strategic role in the relationship with the biggest accounts on specific or global issues, such as ESG.

You will be involved in the following main missions:


  • Support the team to build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy (mailing campaigns by client segment, inter-connection between mailing and websites)
  • Share regularly with Sales team the upcoming campaigns planning
  • Create and update dashboard (Measure ROI and KPIs)
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Maintain contact list up to date
  • Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content


  • Detect and analyze local market trends (in terms of product & services innovation), competitors’ initiatives


  • Support the Head of Marketing in the coordination of the day-to-day activity, taking actions where required
  • Participate in the preparation of various committees (Product Committee and ESG Committee) or internal meetings (Business Line meetings), ensuring minutes are drafted accordingly and shared 
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in the follow-up of transversal projects in coordination with local / international teams 


This experience will allow you to discover the marketing activity of a major player in asset management and to understand its challenges, at a local and global scale. By actively participating in the design of content, tools and services, as well as project management, you will be able to acquire cross-functional skills in marketing, either client-oriented or more strategic. You will benefit from autonomy in the missions entrusted to you and will be able to propose areas for improvement.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Business school with Marketing specialization

BAC +5

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years


A first experience in an asset manager company would be a strong plus
