Job summary

"Relationship management for Spanish Clients. Client Business Support Department in Wealth & Management applications (Alto Wealth)".

Ensure the technical operational support of production systems, resolving incidents, managing integrations, and designing data correction plans to maintain the integrity and availability of business information. Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and Support: Ensure the stable operation of critical production systems, addressing second-level incidents within the established SLAs.
  • User management: Identify and resolve issues with users, monitoring and mapping roles consistency, through Keycloak.
  • Data Plan correction: Design and implement plans to correct data in the database, ensuring traceability and change control
  • Release management: involves planning and testing in PPR focuses on validating functionality and performance to identify issues prior to production deployment.                                 
  • Collaboration in Meetings: Actively participate in meetings with IT for incident follow-up and process improvement. Daily meetings with the Clients or Amundi support teams.

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, IT Technical Degree, or equivalent training with relevant experience.

Experience

  • Desirable: Knowledge in business operations, financial processes, and portfolio management.

Required skills

  • Functional/technical analysis skills for production environments.
  • Ability to interact with both technical and business teams.
  • Autonomy to define and execute data correction plans.
  • Clear and traceable documentation skills.
  • Effective incident management and escalation to other teams.
  • Responsible, team player and organized.

Technical skills required

  • Knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira).

  • Experience with monitoring and log tools (e.g., Splunk).

  • Database (advanced): Squirrel, SQL skills and Java for complex queries, analysis.

  • Experience with Postman for API/REST service testing.

  • Understanding of integrations and data flows (APIs, queues).

Languages

Fluency in English. Knowledge of Spanish will be desirable to provide support Spanish clients.
