Job summary

RMO is composed of 5 teams; Two Reporting teams, two back office teams and Middle Office (MO) team.

 
VIE is mainly expected to contribute to MO and Reporting teams in terms of not only BAU operations but also transversal projects such as R2 (Reporting tool) migration and Cyber-resilience BCP project in MO trade processing in the context of ongoing transformation.

  • Partially assigned to daily operations of MO or Reporting teams depending on VIE’s task allocation directed by the management
  • Understanding daily operations is prerequisite not only to be additional resources to the teams but also to help VIE engage in transversal projects.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Major in Finance is preferred

Level of minimal experience

Experience

  • Experience and knowledge in the operations of financial firms (those from asset management (trade processing, corporate action, report creation, data management) is a plus)
    Above average IT literacy is a plus

Required skills

  • Diligence
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical skills required

  • Excel
  • The specific tools used by Amundi will be explained “on the job”

Languages

Good English skills is required, and Basic Japanese would be a plus
