Position Overview
CPR Asset Management is seeking an International Business Developer to support the acceleration of its medium- to long-term strategic growth plan across assigned geographies.
The role aims to expand client relationships, drive commercial development, and promote CPRAM’s full range of products, solutions, and services, while contributing to the creation of new offerings aligned with evolving client needs.
This position operates within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, offering strong autonomy in execution, framed by a structured sales process and clear strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Coverage
• Develop and manage relationships across all client segments within the assigned geography (institutional, wholesale, partner networks, platforms, corporates, etc.).
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to support CPRAM’s growth ambitions.
• Build and maintain a robust commercial pipeline aligned with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate closely with local Amundi entities and distribution partners where relevant.
2. Product, Solutions & Services Promotion
• Promote CPRAM’s existing investment strategies, thematic capabilities, quant, multi-asset and fixed income solutions.
• Contribute to the development and structuring of tailored solutions in response to client demand.
• Provide market intelligence and client feedback to investment, product, and strategy teams.
• Support RFPs, due diligence processes, and complex solution discussions.
3. Strategic Contribution
• Actively contribute to the execution of CPRAM’s medium- to long-term business plan.
• Participate in commercial initiatives, marketing campaigns, and strategic projects.
• Support the identification of new product or service opportunities driven by client trends.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure consistent execution and client experience.
