Job summary
We are looking for a candidate who can manage different projects in parallel and support the Project Implementation Manager proactively.
Cross cutting PMO role within the Project Implementation team. The candidate will act as a Project Manager/PMO supporting internal SabAM projects and serving as the operational bridge with Amundi Tec (Paris) for the support they can need. The role focuses on project coordination, governance (committees), documentation and readiness for possible client projects. This position reports to the Project Implementation Manager and is primarily PMO oriented.
The main responsibilities are:
- Act as PMO supporting the Project Implementation Manager across SabAM projects and the Amundi Technology Support: maintain trackers, roadmaps, RAID logs and burndown charts.
- Prepare documentation and KPIs for projects as required. Schedule meetings, produce decks and distribute minutes.
- Manage go live communications: create and validate newsletter templates, prepare go live announcements and distribute company wide.
- Support project incident resolution and track project from a PMO perspective when required.
- Participate in the monitoring of projects in which you are appointed PMO, whether local in SabAM or cross-functional at Amundi level. Analyze process improvements and escalate technical issues.
- Maintain the project folder and procedure manuals (procedures, access lists, stakeholder directory, lessons learned) to ensure readiness for the start of potential projects.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the manager: follow up actions, prepare presentations and reports, ensure timely updates to trackers and stakeholders, prepare minutes and consolidate information.

Experience
- Experience in project management or PMO roles is desirable. Experience or exposure to financial markets, wealth management projects or fintech platforms is an advantage. Previous internships or project work in multicultural / cross‑border teams will be valued.
- IT with functional focus on supporting Project Management.
Required skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management (ability to coordinate with local teams and Amundi Technology in Paris).
- Organisational skills and attention to detail (documentation, trackers, minutes).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deliverables on tight timelines (war rooms, go‑lives).
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving to support incident triage and prioritization.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn technical/use‑case contexts quickly - English and Spanish: fluent (daily communication and documentation). Interaction with Amundi Technology (Paris) is in English, internal projects primarily use Spanish.
Technical skills required
Office tools:
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic data analysis), PowerPoint (presentation design), Word and Outlook.
- MS Teams for daily collaboration, calendar and meeting management.
- Canva or similar for producing clear, branded communications (newsletters, one‑pagers).
Software skills :
- User level experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint (tracking, tickets, documentation) - desirable (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with basic project tracking tools (Excel/GSheets trackers, burndown charts)
Database / Other:
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to learn proprietary tools / platforms during onboarding.
