Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring the User any licence or right to use any trademark mentioned on this Site without prior express written authorisation of AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT or of any third party mentioned above. 

AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT and/or its providers of third-party content remain the owners of all information displayed on this Site and the User acquires none of the above-mentioned ownership rights by printing or downloading any part whatever of said information or by using the functionalities of the Site.  

It is strictly prohibited to collect and use information available on the Site for commercial purposes.

The User undertakes to make every effort to keep his/her identifiers confidential and not share them with anybody. In this respect, the User, who is responsible for managing his/her password, must:

- Change it the first time he/she logs in;
- Create a personal password
- Not share the password with anyone or in any way. 

AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT or any other AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT company using the site cannot be held liable for fraudulent use of the password. 

Any transaction carried out on the Site with the User’s identifiers is deemed to have been made in the User’s name and the User will be held liable for any such transaction.  

The Site is aimed exclusively at facilitating AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT’s recruitment processes.  It must be accessible to the User for the sole purpose of enabling him or her to consult vacancies and file an application. In this respect, the User notably undertakes not to use his/her personal space and free-text fields made available to him/her on the Site for any unlawful purpose, notably sending or recording violent, defamatory or illicit messages or content.

Data security and confidentiality 

AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT conforms to the requirements of the amended law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, known as the “Loi Informatique et Libertés”, when processing the User’s personal data.

AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT notably undertakes to ensure data security and prevent said data from being misrepresented, damaged or communicated to unauthorised third parties, and to use said data solely for the purpose of processing and monitoring the User’s unsolicited applications or applications concerning open positions.

AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT may not be held liable towards the User for the loss or disappearance of data concerning him/her due to the act of a third party or a case of force majeure. 

Protection of personal data 

Information on the User is handled in full confidentiality by duly authorised personnel of AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT’s human resources, by any external recruitment firm that AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT may employ, as well as IT service providers contributing to the Site’s operation, for the sole purpose of analysing the content of the résumés sent by the User and for the recruitment process.

No personal information is collected without the User’s knowledge, nor is it processed for purposes not provided for.

Right to oppose, access and rectify data concerning the User 

In accordance with the provisions of the amended law of 6 January 1978, the User has the right to oppose, access and rectify data concerning him/her by sending a request to the Site administrator by e-mail to webmaster@amundi.com or by post to the following address: AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT – Internet Cell – 91, boulevard Pasteur – 75730 PARIS Cedex 15.
