Job summary

We are looking for a Compliance specialist to join our Compliance Team.

Activities mainly consist of:

  • Providing compliance advisory liaising with Group Compliance Policies according to needs and internal procedures, in particular concerning Investment Department
  • Carrying out controls on the investment process and on the implementation and respect of market integrity (i.e. best execution, orders handling, market abuse prevention and monitoring)
  • Supporting Compliance & AML team involved in AML_CFT activities and other controls according Group policies and other applicable local regulations (Esma, Bank of Italy, Consob)
  • Providing timely advisory and training to investment staff
  • Supporting the periodic reporting activities to internal corporate bodies
  • Providing ad hoc and regular reporting and controls to Head of AML & Market Integrity

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

University or master degree in Finance/Economics/Statistics/IT.

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years


6-10 years of work experience in Compliance, Risk Management, IT within an asset manager, banks, other financial intermediaries or consulting firms

Required skills

- High level of confidentiality and proactivity
- Strong analytical and communication skills, and strong team working
- Good knowledge of most relevant regulations
- Good knowledge of market, financial instruments, execution and transmission of the orders
- Good knowledge of IT tools/technical skills/data extraction and processing will be a plus
