Job summary
Within the RFP Content Team, and as part of the global RFP business, the role will work with the US RFP Team supporting the RFP Content Management mission, with the Content Manager (based in Dublin) and the Head of RFP Content (based in London). The role is primarily responsible for ensuring RFP content is accurate and up to date and validated for use with prospects and clients, using Qvidian (RFP database) for the US firm and strategies.
The role will also support the update and maintenance of the qualitative information on consultant databases primarily by ensuring the appropriate content updates are pushed across to key consultant databases, where applicable.
The role will entail regular communication with various internal departments, primarily based in the US, and at times liaising with relevant departments based in Paris, Dublin and London.
Objectives:
Contribute to managing the RFP database (Qvidian)
o Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the US business to update and archive content as required in line with Global Content procedures.
o Work with US RFP writers to capture new content and upload in Qvidian, coordinating with Content Manager in Dublin
o Contribute to establishing the workflow for the management of content on an ongoing basis with RFP Content Team and of US RFP Team Manager.
o Maintain good relationships with key SMEs to keep up to date with changes in the US across firm, investment teams, and ESG content.
Support in Consultant Database Maintenance
o Ensure US product and firm content from RFP database is carried across to key consultant database entries within the team’s usual process.
Undertake data projects to improve processes and increase workflow efficiency
o Support Content Team with efficiency and reporting.
Contribute ideas to create new and improved workflows.
