Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior asset management professional to join our central Retail Marketing team in Dublin reporting to the Head of Retail Pricing Strategy & Product Governance (based in Paris). This is a senior permanent role managing all elements of mutual fund pricing in respect of the new pricing policy and product management initiatives for Amundi’s Cross Border business.

 

Duties and responsibilities
Within Amundi Retail Marketing Business line, you will be a member of the Retail Strategic Marketing Pricing team. This team aims to:

·       define, maintain and control the fee policy of Amundi retail offerings (mainly products) in more than 30 countries, by taking into account permanently evolution of regulations and business opportunities ;
·       organize and monitor the Amundi Group's Products and Services Committee, ensuring that regulatory controls are carried out at the time of the launch of any new product, in conjunction with the product marketing of all Group entities.
 

1.       Your main mission will be to build Cross border fund pricing proposals (fee structure and levels) and manage their validation process. You will establish day to day relationships, process and tools allowing the analysis of pricing evolutions and impacts for Amundi (attractiveness, revenues). Moreover you will be in charge of establishing a base of knowledge and a pole of expertise on practices, regulation and innovations in terms of pricing within the industry.
2.       You will maintain relationship and work alongside the Product Committee on the range of funds governed by Luxembourg law. As such, you will participate in the monthly Cross-Border Product Committee in Dublin.
3.       You will contribute actively to the preparation of the “Pricing” committee to which evolutions of standard fee grids are submitted as well as validation of ad hoc pricing.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

• Third level qualification in Business, Strategy, Finance or Marketing

Required skills

• Minimum 3-5 years asset management experience (ideally in a similar role at an international asset manager or financial services), specific knowledge of UCITS & AIF products domiciled in Luxemburg, a plus
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite user (Excel, Powerpoint etc)

Technical skills required

• Highly Organised and detail oriented with strong quantitative skills
• Strong analytical skills & ability to self-direct, work independently and proactively
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player and excellent relationship management skills
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills at all levels of the organization
• English Language essential, French Language is a plus
