Job summary

The HR Operations Team provides comprehensive administrative support for around 350 employees in Ireland. The team are responsible for the provision of administration services to the wider HR department, and the maintenance and management of essential HR information systems and processes.


We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join the team to provide HR administrative support to employees, HR Business Partners, and line managers in Amundi Ireland Limited.


Main Duties and Responsibilities


Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Support the administration of recruitment activity including screening CV’s, preparing job specs, advertising vacancies, interview coordination, etc.
  • End-to-end administration of the onboarding process, including reference checking, background screening, contract generation, preparation of starter packs, inductions, employee file due diligence, etc.
     

HR Systems

  • Updating and maintaining local and global HRIS systems in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports, ongoing systems reconciliation, and absence management monitoring. 

Payroll

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll instructions to our external payroll provider to include data on new joiners, leavers, etc.
  • Ensure the payroll monthly process is run efficiently and in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy and coordination.
  • Complete comprehensive audits and checks on the monthly payroll ahead of final sign-off.
  • Liaise with the external payroll provider for query resolution and service-related issues.

General HR Administration & Support

  • Responding to general day-to-day HR queries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Departmental filing and archiving.
  • Administration of due diligence processes for regulated roles.
  • Actively be involved in HR projects as they arise.

Technical skills required

• Previous experience in a HR administration role.
• Experience of HR systems desirable (particularly OpenHR)
• Excellent knowledge of MS office applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Previous payroll administration experience desirable.
• Experience in a multinational organisation preferable.
