Job summary

We are looking for a legal specialist to cover a maternity leave in our Legal Team.

The main objectives of Legal function are providing legal advisory and support to any business functions as well as controlling the legal risk of the business activity, products and transactions of the Amundi companies based in Italy.

The candidate will work in Agreements and litigations area. In particular, he/she will be in charge of activities aimed at drafting contracts and legal documents required by the business lines, such as agreements with institutional and retail clients, distribution and investments arrangements, contracts with service providers, delegation/advisory agreements and any kind of other agreements.

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Previous experience in a law firm or Asset management

- Strong attention to details.
