Job summary

Reporting to the UK PR Manager, the position holder will be responsible for helping to manage all Global, Pan-European and UK press based in London to raise the Amundi  brand and reputation, acting as a integrated member of the Global Press team.

 

1. The position holder will play a key role to implement the global PR activities as part of the global PR strategy. Will be actively involved in organizing various media initiatives in London to raise Amundi’s profile in the international press

 

2. As part of the global PR strategy, the position holder will be assisting in - 
     - Promoting the brand and raising overall company profile  
     - Increasing visibility on key products to support sales effort: helping sales   teams in their commercial efforts by generating press coverage on focus funds and other ad hoc requests
      - Positioning as a thought leader : promoting Amundi’s investment thinking and thought leadership in the press

 

3. The position holder will work closely with the UK PR Manager and the UK PR agency to help in interview planning, follow up and collection of the resulting coverage


4. Assist in developing  and managing delivery of messages to the media through the most appropriate means, e.g. press releases, press conferences, press articles, newsletters etc.


5. Internal communications: ensuring alignment of PR actions with internal communications – writing internal news on major UK communication milestones, liaising with the Paris internal communication team.


6. Social media: Liaising with the social media team in Paris, helping in conveying UK and Pan-european media coverage and press opportunities on social media, developing and promoting social media awareness in the London office


7. The position holder will work closely with Global Investments team and other members of the Global Press team (as needed) for various press opportunities


8. Coordinate PR activity track record and reporting to senior stakeholders, liaising with UK PR agency, as well as selecting press clippings for daily dissemination.

Qualifications ideally business/finance related
