Job summary

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Implementation Manager to join our Cross Border Product Implementation team. 


Why this role is important to us

The Cross Border Product Implementation team is responsible for the successful launch of new mutual funds, as well as managing all events related to the product life cycle, including share class launches, fund reshapes, mergers and liquidations. The team carries responsibility for the active Amundi Luxemburg and Irish domiciled fund ranges, distributed in more than 30 countries worldwide. As such, we partner closely with other internal, multi-jurisdictional, functions (e.g. product research & development, legal, sales, marketing, governance and operations). The Implementation manager will also be required to manage the contribution and deliverables of external service providers in these projects.


What you will be responsible for 

• Project manage new fund & share class launches including supporting of new product features
• Independently lead key cross-functional, International Product projects working with multiple internal departments as well as external service providers
• Implement all initiatives concerning product management requirements (e.g. share class launches, sub-fund registrations in multiple jurisdictions, mergers/liquidations etc.)
• Work closely with the Cross Border Product Research & Development team to provide input for feasibility analysis on new initiatives / product proposals
• Work closely with other teams within the broader Cross Border function to ensure cohesive approach to the implementation & support of all Product initiatives
• Identification & tracking of risks and issues, proposing solutions & mitigations on all projects; escalating to Senior Management in a timely manner as appropriate

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Strong cross-functional project management / change management / process improvement experience essential
• Asset Management experience, specifically knowledge of UCITS & AIF products domiciled in Luxemburg and Ireland, a plus
• Background in product management, product delivery, product implementation, fund operations, legal, or transfer agent necessary
