Consultant Databases are global repositories which provide information and insights on Asset Managers and products across all asset classes: equities, bonds, real estate, and alternatives.  Asset owners globally are increasingly using the databases to search and narrow the wide array of managers in order to create their short list for invitation to tender for mandates.  


The primary function of the Intern is to update and maintain all Consultant Databases. By inputting detailed data on the Firm and its products, the successful candidate will be able to gain a good insight in to the Firm’s offerings which in turn will provide a good basis to establish a career within asset management. The successful candidate will have daily exposure to Amundi’s global teams including the Global Consultant Relations Team and Product Specialists.

Additionally, the successful candidate will also help to maintain the RFP database ensuring that all text is up to date and compliant.

Overall Purpose and Main Accountabilities:

This role will be supporting the RFP Content Team. This will include:

Support on reporting to consultants

  • Extract data and with our outsourced provider to ensure the accurate and timely completion of online consultant databases for Investment Consultants. 
  • Help respond to ad-hoc and regular requests in addition to new business enquiries from consultants.
  • Implement all product additions and ensure changes are reflected and maintained across all databases. 

Support on projects to improve processes and increase team efficiency

  • Help build customised reports that improve the efficiency of the data input process.
  • Create new and improved processes and workflows.

RFP database maintenance

  • Assist the Head of Content and Content Manager with maintaining the RFP database which will include taking a proactive approach in updating outdated content records and uploading any new material.
  • Liaise with the Global RFP Team to ensure all necessary information is captured in the database.
  • Be involved in the project to roll out the RFP database on a global scale and to automate the completion of RFPs.

Adhere to FCA rules, conduct rules and principles, and the Firm’s policies and procedures.  Where appropriate, seek guidance from Management or Compliance.
