In order to strengthen our Sales team based in Munich, we are looking for a

 

Senior Sales Money Market (m/f) 

 

Primary responsibilities

In this position, you are responsible for sales, budget and business development for the distribution area of Money Market and contribution to achieving the targets. this includes:

  • Develop and manage business in the distribution area of Money Market for Amundi
  • Work with clients to understand all aspects of their liquidity management in order to provide suitable solutions
  • Respond to incoming requests from prospective clients, take ownership and have the tenacity and drive to create new and existing client experiences
  • Understand how to position Amundi to clients - be able to articulate the core strengths and differentiators to new and existing clients
  • Be proactive - manage all clients (potential, new and mature) in an active manner
  • Understand the importance of granular and diverse funding to a bank and have a familiarity with the key liquidity ratios which drive demand for funds
  • Encourage top-to-top relationships - build depth in relationships
  • Provide high quality client led customer service
  • Identify other opportunities with the client and ensure maximum value is given
  • Transversal collaboration with all sales areas and training on Money Market in relation to cross selling and partner networks support

Mindest-Ausbildungsniveau

Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertig

Akademische Ausbildung / Spezialisierung

- University degree in business economics (or comparable degree)

Mindest-Erfahrungsgrad

6-10 Jahre

Erfahrung

- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of the sales segment and personal contacts to key decision makers in the segment
- Excellent industry overview in investment bank sales, active in the fixed income products or money market products (short duration fixed income products) and/or of the Asset Management industry

Erforderliche Kompetenzen

- Excellent Acquisition and negotiating skills with closing confidence
- Outstanding presentation skills/experience
- Expertise in MS Office, especially MS Power Point
- Pronounced and excellent acquisition, relationship management and negotiating skills
- Pronounced social skills, customer orientation
- Pronounced ability to handle stress, high level of flexibility
- Highly motivated, team oriented, enthusiastic and proactive
- A professional and confident manner
- Excellent communication skills
