Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Be comfortable working with Security Lending and Collateral Management related trading
operations in line with all relevant internal policies and regulatory framework
- Add value to the Security Lending and Collateral Management business line by contributing to
the constant enhancement of all relevant workflows and processes.
Why this role is important to us
The SLCR desk in Amundi Intermediation is a dynamic desk responsible for Security Lending and
Collateral Management trading across multiple hubs. Volumes traded are large and tight deadlines
often requires working under pressure. We need knowledgeable individuals who feel comfortable in
managing risk, work independently and who can contribute to providing a top-level service to our
clients.
What you will be responsible for
Stock Loan/Repo Support & Collateral Management –
Securities Lending:
• Input returns sent from counterparties.
• Chasing on pending trades (loans, returns, recalls): Link between MO, BOs, FO.
• Substitute trades whenever possible in case of sales / ratio / GM.
• Recall counterparties, when necessary, after liaising with Paris trading team when applicable.
• Follow-up and control of short positions.
• Alert FO if any trade is not respecting the applicable constraints.
• Monitor ESMA limits (Cash and non-Cash) liaising with CACEIS Collateral Management.
• Follow up and monitor PEA Ratios.
• Follow up and monitor Corporate Actions trades.
• Follow up and monitor the CTO ratio.
• Follow up and control the collateral eligibility regarding the applicable regulation.
• Setting up of reporting’s and statistics for internal clients (PMs, risk team, …) and/or external
(market counterparties).
• Development of tools for controls, propositions to improve post trade processes, liaising with
Front Office and MO IT in support.
• Insure a direct reporting with head of desk and head of location.
Collateral Management:
• Optimize the collateral management (monitor the posting and reception of the collateral) in
collaboration with traders, portfolios managers.
• Follow up on Corporate Actions and chasers for payment.
• Stay in contact with the different participants (internal and external), resolve issues and
escalade if necessary.
• Substitute the collateral and resolve issues if any with counterparties when applicable.
• Maintain the communication with the PM for arbitrages when applicable.
• Check the eligibility of the collateral according to risk policy and external providers.
• Ensure that collateral management is done in the delays in the respect of internal processes
and procedures, legal and compliance.
• Obtain, analyze and estimate reporting of collateral status.
• Communicate proactively, with team spirit, transparency, integrity.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Extensive knowledge of the SLCR related traded products: securities lending, collateral.
• Good knowledge of the SLCR business, e.g., trades, structuration.
• Good knowledge of the regulations and constraints linked to the activity and all related risks.
• Knowledge in coding, Python or R.
• Knowledge of how to formalize in English. French is a plus.
