The marketing department is a core strategic partner within the ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta business line, reporting directly to the head of the business line. Marketing is responsible for developing, delivering and measuring the marketing strategy plan for the business line as well as playing a central role in achieving its sales objectives
The Channel Marketing team is in charge of defining and implementing local marketing roadmap for the business line and amplifying our brand to key audiences in order to help the business achieve its commercial objectives.
Overall Purpose and Main Accountabilities:
As the UK ETF Channel Marketing Manager, your primary role will be to lead and execute Amundi ETF’s marketing strategy in the region with a primary focus on the UK market. The role will also entail coverage of the Nordics region.
This includes:
- Working in close partnership with the local Head of ETF Sales to define the marketing roadmap with a focus on the Distribution & Wealth segment.
- Demonstrating an understanding of local markets, the investor base and sales teams’ needs
- Shaping a strategy that supports key local business goals and that is aligned to the firm’s wider marketing priorities.
- Driving brand visibility actions with the goal to elevate Amundi ETF’s brand visibility and awareness
- Building 360 roadmaps across the entire marketing spectrum including all marketing channels: advertising, media buying, content, digital, events etc.
- Working closely with Amundi ETF’s global marketing teams to influence editorial agenda and campaigns and shape local media and advertising strategy.
- Strategizing and executing on local proprietary events, partnerships and sponsorships.
- Developing, localising, and maintaining marketing materials and ensuring they are compliant with local regulation requirements
- Developing and executing client emailing campaigns and maintaining local client database
- Contributing to building online client experiences to drive leads to sales, ensuring quality of the content published in the website and customisation to local needs

Required skills
- Excellent project management skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the UK investment landscape. Previous exposure to the Wealth segment desired but not mandatory
- Prior asset management marketing experience, ETF marketing experience desired but not mandatory
- Demonstrate previous experience and a good knowledge of the UK media landscape, ability to source a robust network of marketing partners and suppliers
- Flexible with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Capability to work within an intercultural global team
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Team player, ability to build relationships across a variety of stakeholders and influence
