Job summary
You will be part of the Product Implementation Department, which is in charge of managing the Funds events of the Luxemburgish range. The VIE brings a high level of expertise, has a strong autonomy and an excellent knowledge of the third party providers and the Group in the realization of the missions.
Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement our funds events (Launch, Liquidation, Merger, Reshape...)
- Organize meeting with the different stakeholders of the project
- Project management
- Identification & tracking of risks and issues, proposing mitigations on all projects
- Advise Portfolio Management, Marketing and product specialists teams on the technical and operational feasibility of the projects
- Responsible for the update of our Internal the product database
- Sending the technical information needed to carry out the operations (Funds features, cash and securities accounts , ISIN codes)

Experience
- Experience in asset management, fund accounting, auditing, management control or any relevant experience is considered as an advantage (internships included)
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry

Technical skills required
- Excellent practical knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
