Job summary

As a member of the “Level 1 Service Desk Spain" the main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide technical support to users both in Barcelona and in Madrid.
  • Manage the tasks generated in the JIRA space “Service Desk Spain” and ensure that SLA’s are being fulfilled.
  • Keep track of the ITS KPIs
  • Collaborate in projects and small developments related with specific applications.

Experience in Service Desk Support would be desirable

Required skills

We are looking for a candidate who enjoys customer support, as well as providing support in the configuration and maintenance of computers & devices (laptops, screens,...).

Technical skills required

  • IT experience: Comms, network, laptops, servers and/or OS (Windows, Linux)
  • Languages: Knowledge of PL/SQL, Python & Java.
  • Experience using Confluence and/or JIRA would also be recommended.
