Job summary
As a member of the “Level 1 Service Desk Spain" the main responsibilities will be:
- Provide technical support to users both in Barcelona and in Madrid.
- Manage the tasks generated in the JIRA space “Service Desk Spain” and ensure that SLA’s are being fulfilled.
- Keep track of the ITS KPIs
- Collaborate in projects and small developments related with specific applications.

- Experience using Confluence and/or JIRA would also be recommended.
