Job summary
Responsibilities :
- Provide level 1 - 2 of support to users on Global IT Platform
- Escalate to third level of support if necessary and ensure issues are solved
- Provide up to level 3 support for local development scripts (vba / python)
- Coordinate incidents follow-up and report
- Organize the follow up / prioritization of issues and enhancement requests
- Together with the users, their business line and the global IT teams (Global IT Platform)
- Together with the local vendors (Local Japanese software).
- Manage reports and KPI related to issues and reliability plans
- Provide business insight and technical expertise across the different sites and continuously look for improvement opportunity within the team, processes and procedures
- Document and optimize the support activity

- Be rigorous and tenacious to make sure requests and issues are properly addressed by vendors or European support and development teams
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

- Proficiency in English and in Japanese. French would be a strong plus
- Experience in supporting application : 3 years minimum
- Experience in SQL
- Experience in development : Java / Python / VBA – would be a plus
- Knowledge in Finance, preferably in Asset Management
