Business line & team's presentation:

The Marketing department is a core, strategic part of the Amundi ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta business line. Its mission is to support brand awareness and promote Amundi ETF’s key capabilities to a vast range of professional globally and end investors in key markets. As such it plays a central role in achieving sales objectives.

We have an exciting opportunity within the Media & Sponsoring team in charge of defining and implementing the appropriate marketing and communication mix across paid media, social media and events, for Europe & Asia in support of central, firm-wide priorities. The team’s objective is to activate and amplify our brand to target audiences in the key markets and to help the business achieve its commercial objectives.

Supplementary Information

Manage implementation of digital campaigns

  • Work on various campaigns across owned and paid channels (inc. web, social, paid media), in coordination with Amundi communication teams and agencies
  • Monitor country versioning while ensuring legal and compliance alignment.  
  • Oversee analytics and continuously monitor results

    Develop visibility on social media
  • Contribute to building a robust social media strategy
  • Define content and implement posts in coordination with Amundi communication team
  • Analyse performance and explore innovative ways to increase engagement

          Coordinate client events and sponsoring of external conferences

  • Organize digital events (via platforms such as ON24, Zoom)
  • Identify visibility opportunities (sponsoring, speaking slots…) and negotiate packages
  • Coordinate with external providers/suppliers & Amundi communication team and ensure the successful completion of events
  • Report on results and recommend improvements

Experience

Skills/Experience:

Minimum 3 year experience in a marketing relevant role in the financial sector and/or agency

Highly organised with project management experience & good analytical skills

Team player, client driven

Ability to manage relationships with multiple senior stakeholders, work collaboratively across multiple teams in an international environment

English Fluent and other language skills such as French is preferable
