Job summary

Who we are looking for

Join the Corporate Applications IT team in Dublin as a developer in full stack: Java + Angular.  As an entry-level Developer, you will be part of a team dedicated to the development of a financial application for AUM (Assets Under Management)

 

What you will be responsible for

·         This person will work on projects as a full stack developer in Angular and Java, to deliver user tools

·         Work as a developer in a small sized Agile development team

·         Develop solutions based on our in-house architecture and/or our web framework Maestro (based on Angular).

·         Backend Development (in Java, Spring boot and SQL)

·         API development using spring boot

·         Production support/Troubleshooting

·         Analyse new requirements with the BA and business in backlog grooming meetings

What we value for the role

·         Angular v14+, Java 17+, Spring Boot framework, TypeScript, JavaScript, SCSS and API frameworks.

·         Understanding of OO concepts (classes, objects, interfaces, inheritance, encapsulation, polymorphism).

·         Experience with Web Services (REST) architecture.

·         Experience with CI tools including Maven, Git, Jenkins, Sonar and Docker
·         Java 17+, Python, Javascript / Typescript, Angular14+, Docker

·         Jira, GIT

·         MS SQL Server/Oracle/ MariaDB Database knowledge

Languages

English: Professional working proficiency French: Fluent.
