Job summary
Responsibilities:
1. Transformation of the MO business in Japan and its project management liaising with global business line in Paris/Dublin
2. Support daily middle-office operations for :
A) Reconciliation of the fund holdings and cash balance with custody/clearer and back office system
B) Support for other MO activities, such as trade processing (trade matching and settlement) and corporate action.
Experience and other requirements:
- Excellent understanding of the investment business and the firm’s products and services
- Extensive experience in middle office operations and services, multi-instruments (cash, equities, bonds, futures, FX) and multi-markets
- Accurate understanding of relevant laws and regulations
- Proficiency in English and Japanese
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills

Candidate should hold a Japan working Visa or have no restrictions on working in Japan
