Real Assets Italy manages Private Debt and Private Equity Funds investing primarily in Italy.
We are currently looking for a VIE to join our team.
Main tasks:
- Financial statements analysis linked to investment opportunities
- Development of Excel models for credit analysis and business plans
- Preparation of the documentation required for investment processes and execution of operations
VIE Profile:
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in one of the following areas:
- Transaction Services in consultancy companies
- M&A at financial boutiques
- Management of alternative investment funds
Skills & Competencies
- Aptitude for financial modelling, analysis and evaluation
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Languages
- English: Fluent (mandatory)
- Italian - a plus
