Job summary

Amundi Distribution and Wealth Division is a strategic and fast-growing business of Amundi which aims at meeting the multi-dimensional needs of our third-party distribution clients worldwide.

Within the Client Experience department, the Client Proposition team is in charge of formalizing and managing Amundi’s value proposition for the Wealth & Distribution segment which covers asset managers, retail banks, insurance companies, private and wealth managers, online banks and platforms.

The team needs to develop a deep knowledge of wealth and fund distribution landscape, to understand market dynamics and opportunities and translate this into a strong value proposition for our clients across different segments.

This requires building strong proximity with Sales and Wealth Services & Solutions business development teams to fully understand business needs and support our growth ambitions.

 

Main responsibilities 

 

  • Build, deliver and maintain segment-specific presentations showcasing Amundi capabilities and services
  • Identify and maintain a library of Business cases to illustrate Amundi’s capabilities and partnership track record
  • On an ad-hoc basis, create tailor-made presentations in support of Top management or Heads of Sales in the context of strategic C-level meetings
  • Play an active role when required in complex RFPs or factory visits by formalizing a compelling sales pitch.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and client survey initiatives
  • Work with various department across the organization: Marketing & Product, Amundi Institute, Investment platforms etc….

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Master’s degree in Business school / University: degree in business management, marketing or finance

Level of minimal experience

3-5 years

Experience

1-3 years - First experience - gained in the Asset management industry, financial services or consultancy ( including internships or VIE 

Required skills

  • Excellent writing skills – fluency in English is mandatory - Additional languages desirable
  • Agility, autonomy and ability to work in a challenging and business driven context.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization

Proficient Microsoft Office skills
