POSITION AND MISSION

Amundi Ireland Ltd. is currently looking for a new VIE – Digital Design Marketing Specialist to join Amundi’s Digital Design Marketing Team, based in Dublin, Ireland.

 

Part of the Global Retail Content team, within the Digital Marketing Team, the Digital Design Marketing Team works as an internal digital agency, providing support and expertise on two main activities: design content creation and digital content dissemination.

 

The mission will be integral to increasing our digital footprint and supporting the implementation of strategic marketing campaigns and digital content experiences across a variety of digital platforms (websites, social medias, advertising etc.)

 

The successful candidate will have a creative, self-starter mindset with experience in digital communications and web design, an ability to position messaging to various audiences and create digital content spanning the full-funnel including thought leadership, lead-generating and product-specific content.

 

Therefore, our VIE will be part of the development of our main projects and will have a key role in the co-thinking, co-creation approach that we are setting-up with our Marketing Community in countries.

 

The position is fully in English and requires regular daily, weekly interactions with our Amundi headquarter in France and our Marketing colleagues in countries (around 200 people around the world, like Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Asian countries, US etc.).

 

You will be based in Dublin (City centre), Ireland and will report to the Senior Digital Design Manager and you will work closely with a Senior Digital Designer and external agencies. 

 

Overall responsibilities and duties:

Marketing Campaigns

  1. Support the Digital Design team in running our Digital Stream (meeting calls, workshops preparation, Monday tool updates etc.)
  2. Innovate and Design digital assets for campaign following new trends and competitors best practices
  3. Identify with countries KPIs and metrics
  4. Design data dashboard in cooperation with Digital Team and local countries 

Design Content Creation

  1. Design and contribute to our content digitalisation (new digital content experience, digitalisation of traditional content, following our new Brand territory and websites strategy)
  2. Support the Digital Community in local digital design content project (web pages templates, banners, carrousel social medias, videos etc.)
  3. Participate in the implementation of our new Brand territory and the review of our Retail Guidelines
  4. Set-up and train the local marketing teams in their design enrolment with our emailing tool

 

Compléments

Emailing campaigns

  1. In collaboration with the Content Team, design and build emailing for BtoB or BtoC audiences, or transversal Marketing teams.
  2. Support local Marketing teams with training on Actito, and potential emailing design / templates
  3. Maintain our data bases updated, following internal process with Sales Department
  4. Deliver Actito analytics dashboards to measure the efficiency of our emailings campaigns

Digital projects & Websites

  1. Takes part in the transversal project Retailisation, involving Content and Digital Teams with countries, to revise all our marketing content to ensure that it meets the needs of our retail customers.
  2. Contribute to our new websites journeys, maintain our 2 sites developed into Drupal, with new design content experiences, following SEO and digital guidelines
  3. On a regular basis, benchmark the digital trends/tools on the market (Video, Social network, digital app, digital content etc.)
  4. Animate our Digital Community with training plan and Digital content animation

THE IDEAL PROFILE

  • The ideal candidate will be/have:
  • Master’s Degree in related Areas
  • Fluent English Mandatory, preferably knowledge of French language
  • Fluent in Digital communications strategy (Emailing, websites, videos, Social media etc.)
  • Fluent in Design content creation (Adobe XD, Photoshop)
  • Good knowledge of UX methodologies (Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas…)
  • First experience in emailing campaigns
  • Innovative mind-set and able to make proposals
  • Happy to work in an international environment
  • Able to learn fast
  • Customer oriented (internal & external)
  • Rigorous and Autonomous
