Amundi Technology is an Amundi entity in charge of the design, development, commercialization and support of technology solutions for the savings and asset management industry. The 1000 professionals, located between Paris and Dublin, are also in charge of Amundi's IT.

Amundi Technology's journey began by crafting solutions for our own success. We designed the ALTO platforms that span a wide spectrum of investment strategies and asset classes. In 2021, Amundi Technology has been created to accelerate the design, development, promotion and commercialization of the ALTO platforms. The ALTO suite is composed of 5 offers: ALTO Investment (portfolio management tool), ALTO Wealth & Distribution (discretionary management and advisory solution), ALTO ESR (Employee Savings and Retirement Solution), ALTO Sustainability, ALTO Asset Servicing.

 

Overall Purpose of the Job:

 

Provide administrative support to the Amundi Technology executive team, as well as providing team work / support to the other EA in Amundi Technology.

 

Main Tasks and Accountabilities:

 

·       Organise business trips including booking flights, hotels, taxis and scheduling itineraries, and using initiative to resolve sudden changes to itineraries/schedules

·       Calculate and process expense claims from business trips

·       Control and submit expenses claims for approval

·       Maintain diaries where required including arranging appointments

·       Protect and ensure the confidentiality of all information

·       Act as ‘gatekeeper’ for diary and pro-actively ensure diaries do not have clashes, use initiative to find resolutions and workarounds, highlight conflicting appointments

·       Prepare general correspondence, including confidential documents, and drafting responses to correspondence

·       Organise incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, special delivery requirements

·       Handling overseas visitors agendas

·       Committees – schedule numerous senior level meetings and preparing documents

·       Screen telephone calls, taking and conveying messages where appropriate

·       Provide admin support as and when needed

·       Frequent liaison with Paris office to assist with meetings and visitors etc.

·       Print and collate all documentation as required

·       Organise other ad-hoc internal and external meetings

·       Support with any other ad-hoc administrative support

  • Experience of understanding / speaking French will be useful, but not essential
  • Experience of working in a Financial Services organisation.

  • A team player. This person must be prepared to work closely with and support fellow EAs and Team Assistants across the business.
