Job summary

Amundi, a leading European asset manager, is looking to hire a trainee to support its Human Resources team in its Barcelona subsidiary, Sabadell Asset Management.

As a Project Assistant, you will collaborate with the Head of HR and the HR Team and key stakeholders, with a focus on facilitating key projects development:

  • Liaise and support on various workstreams
  • Coordinate meetings and communications
  • Create and update reports, project documentation and presentations with support and direction from the HR team
  • Conduct research and data analysis as required

You will also be responsible for:

  • Take the lead on some HR process review with a focus on optimization and implementation of RPA
  • Support in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits, Management Committee, International HR Committee, …
  • Prepare reports and dashboards compiling key data from various sources
  • Support the HR team in other daily activities

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • You are currently studying towards a Bachelor’s o Master’s degree in Business, Economics or Engineering

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years


Please ensure you are enrolled in a university at the time of the internship and able to sign an Internship Agreement through your university. Alternatively, if recently graduated, you must be eligible for "Contrato de Prácticas".
