Your opportunity:

Within the Global Organization function you will support the team in the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field is considered a plus

Required skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English, French is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Knowledge of asset management industry is a plus
