Job summary
• Support Local Compliance Officer, primarily in relation to financial security (AML/KYC - Know Your Customer & onboarding).
Other areas of compliance include:
• monitoring of incoming EU regulation (check of market standards and approach in France or other states);
• preparation of impact analysis of new regulations
• communication with central team in Paris
• implementing and performing controls within relevant compliance areas
• Investigate alerts and make compliance decisions;
• Update and maintain a compliance risk map, as well as other compliance documents;
• supporting the preparation of various reports to the Amundi group or to the Authorities.
