Job summary
General Description
- The incumbent will work as the second line users’ support, provide users’ training on global systems and be involve in global application rollout.
- The incumbent will participate in local application development.
- The incumbent will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills to handle users’ requests and good technical capabilities to support the wide range of applications running on the AMUNDI Global Platform (Front Office, Trading, Middle Office, Risk, Referential, Compliance, Finance etc).
Job Responsibilities
- Provide second line support of all business applications and systems.
- Identify problem areas and resolve or escalate to AMUNDI Paris, if required
- Provide system and incident management and control
- Support business users teams to implement business process or system changes
- Participate in global rollout of applications (UAT, Go-live follow-up) and provide IT system unit testing
- Provide end-user training if required.
- Provide business insight and technical expertise across the different sites and continuously look for improvement opportunity within the team, processes and procedures
- Work and co-ordinate with other AMUNDI IT teams in resolving customer problems, to design, to develop, to test and to deploy application solutions.
