Your responsibilities:

 

The key objective of this role will be to assist the managing director of the Fund Channel Office in Singapore in the following missions:

 

·         Business Development

·         Client Relationship Management

·         Coordination of project with the headquarter Office in Luxembourg

·         Organise, prepare and participate to external meetings

·         Monitor assets and revenues from the client and prospect portfolios (review, control, forecast and reporting)

Our Singapore Office is responsible for our activity in Asia.

 

The candidate will be located in Luxembourg will also assist the Client Service Team in Luxembourg by:

 

·         Monitoring the quality of service provided by custodians (data control and analysis)

·         Preparing some external presentations in coordination with Relationship Management Team

·         Maintaining CRM tool up to date

·         Logging and following requests status in internal dedicated tool

·         Help onboarding new Clients and be global support for the Client Service Team

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 4 / M1

Formation / Spécialisation

-          Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business

Niveau d'expérience minimum

0 - 2 ans

Expérience

-          You ideally have a previous experience in a financial/banking institution. Knowledge of the fund Industry / asset management will be appreciated.

Compétences recherchées

-          Commercially and Client oriented

-          Good communication skills, fluent in English is mandatory, fluent in Mandarin would be appreciated an another European language would be appreciated (French, German..)
