Job summary

Within the Client Experience department, the Client Proposition team is responsible for formalizing Amundi's value proposition for the third-party distribution segment which covers asset managers, retail banks, insurance companies, private banks and wealth managers as well as digital banks and platforms.

To do this, it is necessary to develop a deep knowledge of the wealth & savings management and distribution landscape, to understand the dynamics and opportunities of the market and translate them into a strong value proposition for our clients in different segments.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must build a strong partnership with the sales and Wealth & ETF Solutions teams, in order to fully understand the needs of clients.

Supplementary Information

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop, present and maintain specific presentations by client segment, highlighting Amundi's capabilities and services for Private Banks, Digital players, Asset Managers, etc.
  • Develop, present and maintain specific presentations on solutions developed by Amundi for challenges such as retirement, model portfolios, discretionary management, white label offers, etc.
  • Identify and maintain a library of client cases to illustrate Amundi's capabilities and the benefits of its partnerships.
  • On an ad hoc basis, create tailor-made presentations for top management or sales managers in strategic meetings or in the context of RFPs for complex solutions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and/or customer survey initiatives. 
  • Build a slide library and ensure that it is constantly updated.
  • Work with the different departments of the organization: Wealth & ETF Solutions, ETF, Marketing, Amundi Investment Institute, Investment Platforms etc.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Master's degree in business school / university: degree in business management, marketing or finance (or equivalent).

Experience

  • Previous experience in the asset management industry, financial services with a strong focus on sales and marketing topics

Required skills

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory - other languages are desirable
  • Agility, autonomy and ability to work in a stimulating and business-oriented context.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams internally and externally
  • Ability to engage with clients during dedicated meetings and/or events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
