Job summary

• Experience on client services and client on boarding in the financial industry
• Provide the support and advice for sales and onshore/offshore team
• Handle the day to day external phone call from distributors and individual
• Comply with the regulations, guidelines and SOP
• Assist in account opening, AML, screening, review, reporting, record update
• Knowledgeable on the regulatory requirements of KYC requirements
