Missions

The Project Management & Organization team, reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), is responsible for supporting the company's transformation program, steering various strategic projects (IT, organization, multi-product offering & Digital) and coordinating the Fund's development.

 

Strategic Project Management and Transformation Agenda

- Support the sponsor of each product in the development/extension of new service offerings

- Lead strategic projects (IT, organization, multi-product offer) from the definition of needs to deployment, identifying the planning, perimeters and implementation plans of the project

- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, planning and budget, in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders in different departments.

- Monitor project status, deliverables and alerts to main sponsor and project management.

- Monitor and control project finances

- Organize, facilitate the various committees/Workshop

- Maintain project documentation by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information

- Coordinate change management

 

Organization:

- Participate in the selection of solutions, tools, service providers

- Drive continuous improvement of existing processes, organization or tools

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation

A Master's degree in finance or in Project management

Niveau d'expérience minimum

6 - 10 ans

Expérience

- From 5 to 10 years in the Funds industry

- Experience in process analysis and optimization

 

Compétences recherchées

- Strong project management skills (method, change management...)

- Good understanding of the mutual fund sector (distribution of funds, asset management, asset management, asset management, etc.)

- Motivation and ability to work within functions and teams on very different and strategic topics (organization, information technology, product)

- Sound conceptual, analytical and implementation skills

- Organizational and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Team spirit

- Spirit of break (innovation and digital solutions)

Outils informatiques

- Good command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Langues

- Fluency in English and French (oral and written). Any other language will be considered a plus
